Cancellation and Refund Policy

As of April 3, 2013

1. In the unfortunate event that a camp, clinic, hitting league or individual instruction has to be canceled by Last Raps Baseball, a FULL refund will be provided to those who register.

2. If a customer has paid for a camp, clinic etc. and needs to remove their child from the camp, clinic etc., 10 days notice is required from the Start time of the camp or clinic is required for a full refund. Any customer who needs to remove their child within that time period for any reason will be subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee.

2b. If a customer has paid for a camp wishes to remove their child from a camp, clinic etc. within 72 hours of the camp start time, two options will be provided:

a) A 50% refund will be provided to the customer.
b) 75% of the cost can be applied to a future camp, clinic etc. that is offered by Last Raps Baseball Corp.

4) Missed Clinic Policy – Our clinics are designed to run in 4, 6, 7, 8 and 10 week blocks. There are no makeup dates for the clinic that you have missed. It is important that you make arrangements to attend the clinic that you have registered.
