Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please note that our Cancellation and Refund Policy has changed. This in part has been altered due to the ongoing Public Health situation regarding COVID-19.

1. In the unfortunate event that a program has to be canceled by Last Raps Baseball, a FULL refund will be provided to those who register in that program.

2. In the event that Public Health officials provide an order or directive that impacts how Last Raps Baseball conducts operations which ultimately forces a temporary or a full stoppage in baseball activities because of COVID-19, a pro-rated (if some sessions have already taken place) or full refund will be available to those who have registered in that program.

3. If a customer has paid for a program and needs to remove their child from the program that they have registered, the customer has 48 hours from the time of registration to receive a full refund.

3b. If a customer has paid for a program and wishes to remove their child from a program after the 48 hours from the time of registration there are two options provided:

a) A 50% refund will be provided to the customer.
b) 75% of the cost can be applied to a future camp, clinic etc. that is offered by Last Raps Baseball Corp.

4) Missed Clinic Policy – Our clinics are designed to run in 4, 6, 7, 8 and 10 week blocks. There are no makeup dates for the clinic that you have missed. It is important that you make arrangements to attend the clinic that you have registered.
